Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as
fabrics are a specialist product.
Made-to-Order & Cut Fabrics

All fabrics sold by the metre are cut to your order.

Many of our products, including printed fabrics, are made to order just for you.

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), items that are made to a
customer’s specification or are clearly personalised cannot be returned or cancelled
once ordered, unless faulty.
This means that cut fabrics and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-
exchangeable.
Faulty Items

We take care to ensure every order is of high quality. However, if you receive a faulty item:
1. Please contact us by email at Misha & Co Design Studio within 14 days of receiving
your order.
2. Provide your order number and, if possible, photos of the fault.
3. We may ask you to return the fabric for inspection.
4. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either:

send you a replacement, or
-
issue you a full refund (including standard delivery costs).
What Doesn’t Count as a Fault

Please note the following are not considered faults and will not qualify for a refund or return:

Slight colour variations between batches or compared to on-screen images.

Minor shifts in print alignment or scale (these are normal in fabric printing).

Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered after delivery.
Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or
payment provider.
Your Consumer Rights
​
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
