We aim to make ordering fabrics as simple and reliable as possible. Please read our shipping

information below.

 

Processing Times

​

• Most fabrics are cut to order and/or printed on demand.

• Processing times are usually 10 – 14 working days before dispatch.

• If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you by email.

 

Delivery Costs

​

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight/size of your order and

delivery address.

• Standard UK delivery starts from £ 4.95.

• We can ship internationally, please contact misha@mishadesignstudio.co.uk for more

information.

 

Delivery Times

​

• UK Standard Delivery: approx. 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• International Delivery: times vary by country. Delivery estimates will be shown at

checkout but may be subject to customs delays.

Couriers

We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail / DPD / Evri

 

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

• Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees.

• These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or

shipping charges.

 

Delivery Issues

​

• If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at

Misha@mishadesignstudio.co.uk with your order number.

• If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the

issue.

• Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided.

 

Split Deliveries

​

If part of your order is delayed (e.g. due to fabric printing), we may ship items separately at no

extra cost.
