carefully before ordering. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. About Us

This website is operated by Misha & Co Design Studio, registered in the UK. Our registered

2. Products

2.1 We sell fabrics, which can be ordered by the metre, with a minimum order of 1 metre.

2.2 Fabrics are cut to order in continuous lengths wherever possible.

2.3 Images, samples, and descriptions are for guidance only. Colour and scale may vary due to

screen settings, printing, and production tolerances.

 

3. Ordering

3.1 Orders must be placed through our website.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before submitting.

3.3 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline an order.

 

4. Made-to-Order & Printed Fabrics

4.1 Many of our fabrics, including printed fabrics, are made to order and cut to your requested

length.

4.2 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to

goods made to the consumer’s specification or that are clearly personalised. Therefore, made-to-

order and printed fabrics cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless faulty.

4.3 Minor variations in colour, alignment, or scale in printed fabrics are part of the production

process and do not constitute faults.

 

5. Prices & Payment

5.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods shown at

checkout.

5.4 We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

 

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our

control.

6.3 Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Made-to-order and cut-length fabrics are non-returnable and non-refundable unless

faulty.

7.2 If your item is faulty, please notify us in writing at misha@mishadesignstudio.co.uk within 14

days of delivery. We may request photos or the return of the faulty fabric for inspection.

7.3 If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund, including standard delivery costs.

7.4 We cannot accept returns for fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered after receipt.

 

8. Consumer Rights

8.1 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or

other applicable UK law.

 

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All designs, images, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Misha & Co

Design Studio Ltd.

9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the price paid for the

goods concerned.

 

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply to all new

orders from the date of posting on this page.
